We’ve hired Bryce Powers/Providence Builders to build two custom homes over the years, and we have enjoyed every aspect of the process. From drawing our floor plans on his CAD program to meeting us on site multiple times to explain things, we felt very confident in his abilities to get the job done. His engineering background comes in handy, as he has the brain to think through things on the front end that you might not have thought of otherwise. He even helped our pool installer layout and change our pool orientation several times. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone we meet.
